Overview: A split screen shows a man who appears to be preparing to shave his face. On the right side of the screen the title "shave" is captured in bold black letters. Both sides of the screen are in black and white, however some filtering is evident on the left side of the screen. Some sounds begin but it is not music. The man begins to apply shaving cream to his face. The left hand side of the screen depicts closer zoomed in footage of the man's face while the right side remains the same. The left side continues to show different angles and overlaps with other nondescript images while the same man shaves on the right. Eventually after the man has completed his shave the right side of the screen turns black and then quickly changes to a view of a sink. The camera focuses on the sink and the tools from the shave appear to be resting within it. The left side continues to show images of the man post shave. Both sides become still, the sounds become silent, and the title appears on the right side once again in the bold black letters.
